1. Select a City: From the state map choose the city where you would like to sponsor your exclusive category.

2. Choose or Create a Non Sponsored Category: From the list of categories select the link of an existing non sponsored category to sponsor... Or create your own!

Sponsor or Create multiple exclusive categories in as many cities as you wish. Duplicate categories are allowed in different locations. Think about how you might want to be found on a search engine, it helps to select or create an attractive category.

3. Click the Sponsorship Button: If the Sponsor this Category button or banner appears, just click on it! Fill out the quick registration form - and your on your way. You can exclusively sponsor as many different categories in the same location, or the same category in different locations as you like.

What is IDX?
IDX stands for "Internet Data Exchange" commonly called Broker Reciprocity. The next stage in the evolution of the MLS, IDX is the primary means of enhancing cooperation between REALTORS® to facilitate the purchase and sale of real estate property. IDX gives MLS participants and their designated service providers the tool they need to display listings on their Internet websites. Under the IDX real estate system, brokers consent to display each others listings on the Internet. Sponsors on our system have full control over which real estate listings they may have on display.

Why do you use IDX?
In addition to offering site visitors access to all local listings, one main benefit of the IDX real estate system is that it improves a Realtor's® means to obtain and maintain first contact with the consumer in the real estate transaction.
